None of us ever has to feel lost or alone with our worry, anxiety, frustration, sadness or any other difficult thoughts or feelings, Difficult thoughts and feelings are part of living - just like the ever changing weather, we face throughout the seasons in a year. What we all need are resources to help us on our path toward our individually-defined value of wellness. So please make use of these resources and consider sharing them with others, too!
